Oleg Ustinovich Sepnenko

Born in Stavropol-Na-Volge (Tolyatti), 16 December 1908. Second minor character I made.

He was born from happy upper-middle-class family: father who worked as manager of farmer workers in that area, mother who taking care Oleg, and his older sister. However after 1917, the family is hunted by their own workers because the family is siding with Bolshevik (while the farmer workers are siding with The Green).

Oleg and the older sister managed to escape, but they have to see their parents executed from far away in the middle of night. Eventually they reach remoted area where the Red Army resides for a while, the older sister then telling about everything. And so, they were brought to the orphanage. During the orphanage times, Oleg is almost never speak despite he is obedient, mistaken as mutism by the caretaker (moreover the older sister always helps interpreting what Oleg wants). But actually he really still in trauma.

Only when he was around 15 years old and see her sister start pursuing school to become a teacher, Oleg finally admitting his want to be part of Red Army, so the older sister can have her own life.

Later, Oleg joined the Red Army when almost 16 or 17 years old, and stationed in Pskov instead at Stavropol-Na-Volge. He met Anatoli and they become friendly rival, often become troublemaker in the military base but still getting the duty done. As 1929 arrived, there is audition held by Alexandrov Ensemble in order getting members directly from Red Army bases. Oleg and Anatoli tried out of curiosity, and they are accepted as their voice is at least not tone deaf like other soldiers.

As time passed, Oleg become the coordinator for tenor chorist, while Anatoli become the coordinator for baritone and bass chorist. And soon, Oleg met Fyodor later in 1930, Vasily in 1932, and Dmitry at 1933.

I never expand the story about Oleg's sister. All Oleg know before joined Alexandrov Ensemble, his sister is graduated and become teacher in remoted villages. The contact severed after that due to the sister always moves and Oleg moves to Pskov.
